We sell PROCON pumps, Fluid-O-Tech pumps, Electric motors, and pump adapters. We ship with various couriers based on the customer's location.
We rebuild PROCON and Fluid-O-Tech pumps.
We sell rebuild kits but will not be held responsible for improper installation of the reapir kit

4. Return Policy

    Customers must contact us by Phone or Email within 30 days of purchase to explain the reason for the return.
    The goods must be:
        Unopened and/or in their original packaging.
        Not used by the customer or put on a piece of equipment.
    A printable return label will be emailed to the customer.

10. Repair Kits and Installation

We offer repair kits for our pumps; however, we will not be held accountable or responsible for any improper installation or failure results arising from the use of our repair kits. Our repair kits are designed for use by trained and authorized personnel who handle our rebuild department. We strongly recommend that only individuals with the appropriate knowledge and expertise in pump repair and installation use our repair kits. Improper installation or use of our repair kits may result in damage or malfunction of the pump. In such cases, R.D. Strickland Inc. shall not be liable for any associated costs or damages.
